Brief ADAGBADA HiStory

Rooted in Royalty, Driven by Humanity
The Adagbada Dynasty Foundation was born out of a deep commitment to community welfare and cultural integrity. Inspired by the legacy of the Adagbada royal lineage, our foundation blends heritage with humanitarianism. What began as a royal family’s local initiative has evolved into a broad-based foundation championing empowerment, inclusion, and innovation.

At Adagbada Dynasty Foundation (ADF), we honor the generosity of our donors by ensuring that every donation is used strictly for its intended purpose.

We are committed to transparency and accountability. ADF fully complies with the Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) regulations, as enforced by Nigeria’s Special Control Unit against Money Laundering (SCUML) and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Our bank accounts are registered under SCUML and are subject to regulatory monitoring. This ensures our financial operations are secure, legal, and resistant to corruption and misuse.

ADF routinely publishes reports detailing how donations are spent and makes financial records—including annual reports, tax returns, and audit results—available to the public. This commitment helps us build trust and maintain a transparent organization.
